铝合金电梯门套在住宅和写字楼项目里用得越来越多，重量轻、不生锈、颜色选择多，价格也比不锈钢有优势。但装完之后出现门套变形、接缝不齐、边角翘起的案例并不少见。排查下来，问题往往不在铝合金门套本身，在它背后的基层。

The coefficient of linear expansion of aluminum alloy is higher than that of stainless steel, and the size change between high temperature in summer and low temperature in winter is more obvious. If the door frame is installed too tightly without leaving enough room for thermal expansion and contraction, it may deform or make abnormal noises when the temperature changes. Reserve appropriate expansion joints between the door frame and the base during installation, which is more secure than rigid fixation.
